Of all the real estate brokers I’ve dealt with in the last 25 years, Mara Gamboa happens to be the most professional.  She has the dedication, knowledge and grit to make it to the top. I wish all brokers would be like her. We bought a property from her which she guided us through every step of the way from choosing the right lot, to getting us the best payment scheme, to working out the loan papers all the way to preparing us for the turn over of the property. Never did we feel pressured to make the purchase, which is a very rare trait, though she patiently followed up and gave us updates.
