CAVITE TECHNOPARK
Launched in 2015, Cavite Technopark initially covered 118 hectares. Due to the growing demand for industrial properties, it has now grown to 166 hectares. Also catering to light and medium, non-polluting industries, Cavite Technopark is expected to provide employment for over 20,000 employees at full deployment.
Industrial lots, ranging from 4,000 sqm to 15,000 sqm, are available for sale or lease to both PEZA-registered and non-PEZA locator-companies.
PAMPANGA TECHNOPARK
Paving the way for a new growth center in Central Luzon, ALLHC will develop a 192-hectare property in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. Situated near the NLEX-SCTEX-TPLEX, it is easily accessible from the Clark International Airport, and the Subic and Manila seaports. Industrial lots, ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 sqm, is available for sale.
LAGUINDINGAN TECHNOPARK
ALLHC has geographically expanded in Mindanao, developing a 105-hectare property in Barangays Moog and Tubajon, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. The Laguindingan Technopark is strategically located beside the Laguindingan airport and nearby seaports, providing efficiency and better economic opportunities for future locator-companies. It is also envisioned to be a new logistics hub in Northern Mindanao.
